If you subscribe to our newsletter or order publications from us, we will ask for contact information so that we may process and contact you about your order. Unless you tell us otherwise (see customer privacy options below), we will contact you from time to time with news and special offers on our information, resources and training. We will never share your name, postal address or e-mail with any other party. We may also send you information from Industry Partners (carefully screened organisations) whose programs or services might be of interest to you.

We may request some additional information about your occupation and business. This information is for our internal purposes only, and will be used to help us better understand our customers and their needs. We may summarise this information when describing our customers (for example, "x percent of newsletter recipients are architects"), but never in a way that is individually identifiable.

Customer privacy options

We assume that customers want to receive news and special offers on our green building information resources, but you may choose not to at any time. If you do not want to receive this information or any newsletters from Ecospecifier, you may send an email with 'unsubscribe' in the subject line, tell us when you place a phone order or select 'Don't send me updates' on the order form.

We assume that customers want to occasionally receive information from other carefully screened organisations whose programs or services might be of interest, but you may choose not to at any time. If you do not want us to share your name, select "Don't share my name with others" on the order form or tell us when you place a phone order.
