Ene-1: Greenhouse Gas Emissions Product is likely to assist in a project obtaining credits for reduction in operational energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions of the base building. One point is achieved for every 5% reduction against the ‘bench mark’ building and zero net operating buildings receive 20 credit points.

Ene-3 Note-1: Peak Energy Demand Reduction Product is likely to assist in obtaining credits for reducing peak demand on energy supply infrastructure. One credit point is achieved if peak energy demand is actively reduced by 15%, or the difference between the peak and average demand does not exceed 40%. Two credit points are achieved if peak energy demand is actively reduced by 30%, or the difference between the peak and average demand does not exceed 20%. Product may contribute as an individual component, in combination with other suitable components, in achieving Peak Energy Demand Reduction credits that complies, in whole or in part, with the prescribed requirements.
