Credit points are achieved when 95% of the nominated area is either naturally ventilated in accordance with SANS10400-0, or when Mechanically Air-Conditioned and Mechanically assisted Naturally Ventilated Spaces minimum outside air provided is a percentage improvement above the requirements of SANS10400-0, or when Mixed-mode Ventilated Spaces meet the criteria above in accordance with prescribed requirements.

Product is likely to assist in a project obtaining credits by contributing, when appropriately designed in combination with other materials/elements to a Daylight Factor (DF) of >2.5% or a daylight illuminance of at least 300Lux, in accordance with prescribed requirements. One credit point is achieved when 30% of the Nominated Area meets the above defined factors and two points are achieved when 60% of the Nominated Area meets the defined factors.
